Portrait Sessions

All sessions include head and shoulder, three-quarter length and full length poses

unless otherwise requested. They also include both indoor and outdoor

photographs and up to five changes of clothing.

All senior shoots are done on an individual basis. You will not be rushed through

the session or grouped with other seniors. Consecutive appointments can be

booked if you and a friend would like to come together. If you come with a friend and

go to the same locations, you will receive a 10% discount on your sitting fees.

The shoot will begin with a meeting where you and Tim discuss your interests and

what you are looking for in your photographs.

Sitting Fees and Package Pricing

Standard Shoot ($100):

Includes both indoor and outdoor shooting at and around the studio.

Approximately 75 proofs will be posed on line. You can access them

through your computer or come to the studio to view them.

Deluxe Shoot ($200):

Includes both indoor and outdoor shooting at the studio and a second

location. Approximately 100 proofs will be posed on line. You will also

receive twenty-four 4x6 proof prints of your selection.

The Four Seasons Shoot ($500):

Includes a studio shoot and three location shoots which can be spread

throughout your senior year. Approximately 75 proofs will be posted

on line following each shoot. You will receive 24 proof prints of your

selection after each shoot, giving you a total of 100 proofs by the end

of the year.

Location shoots

Additional locations can be added to your shoots at the following rates:

$25 per additional site - Deer County Park, Amon Park and the Grand River

$50 per additional site - Urban (multiple sites around Grand Rapids) and

Lake Michigan

Other locations and prices are available on request.

Proofing

Your proofs will be available for viewing on line within two business days of your

shoot. You can add 4x6 printed proofs to your package at the following rates:

24 - 36 proofs

$5.00 per print

37 - 48 proofs

$4.00 per print

49 + proofs             $3.00 per print

Print Packages & Prices

Package prints are sold in units. Each unit is made up of one to eight copies of one

single pose, depending on the size of the print. Packages are made up of any

combination of units that fit your needs.

1 unit   =   One 8x10 print

1 unit   =   Two 5x7 prints

1 unit   =   Three 4x6 prints

1 unit   =   Four 4x5 prints

1 unit   =   Eight wallet prints

Package 1 - up to three poses($350):

Option A: Eight units

Option B: Six units and one 11x14 wall print

Package 2 - up to four poses ($450):

Option A: Twelve units

Option B: Ten units and one 11x14 wall print

Package 3 - up to six poses ($650):

Option A: Eighteen units

Option B: Sixteen units and one 11x14 wall print

Additions to packages:

You can add additional prints to any package at the cost of $45.00 per unit.

Yearbook photos are available upon request with any package.

Wallet special: 48 wallet prints (6 units) of any single pose for $90.00

Additional Information

All prints, including proofs, can be ordered in color, black & white, sepia tone or

blue tone.

The studio will touch up face shine and minor blemishes on all final prints. Touch

up work is not done on proof prints. Other digital work is available on request.
